4.1 Service Guarantee: Toolvia shall clearly specify the guarantee period for each service offered, including but not limited to:
- Subscription-based Services: Validity period (e.g., 30 days, 1 year) for subscription-based services such as hosting plans and social media boosting services.
- One-time Services: Guarantee period for one-time services such as website development and domain registration.
4.2 Disclosure of Terms: Toolvia shall provide clear and transparent information about the validity period and guarantee terms for each service, including the duration and any conditions that may apply.
4.3 Service Termination: Upon expiration of the validity period, the service shall automatically terminate unless renewed by the Client in accordance with Toolvia’s renewal policies.
4.4 Pro-rated Refunds: If a service is terminated before the end of the validity period, Client may be eligible for a pro-rated refund, subject to Toolvia’s refund policy.
4.5 Responsibility for Service Outages: If a service is disrupted or terminated due to Toolvia’s fault before the end of the validity period, Toolvia shall be responsible for restoring the service or providing a suitable replacement. Toolvia shall also consider extending the service period for the duration of the outage or disruption.
